Me? I’m just your average farmer’s wife with a penchant for good food and cowboy boots.
Well that’s not entirely true, my height and foot size are average but that’s about it.
For almost 20 years I cooked and frolicked around the world before doing what I vowed I’d never do; move back to the bush and marry a farmer.
Now I combine my training and experiences of food and agriculture to write about and photograph farmers, producers and country life.
I was a regular contributor to North by Northeast Magazine for over 5 years until I recently moved back to NSW with my gorgeous family to pursue a postgrad research opportunity where I can combine my passion for science, food and agriculture.
I live with my 2 beautiful sons, 5 black and white pets and my scrumptious husband who is the light of my life and also conveniently doubles as my editor (when he’s not patting sheep).
